I perceive the thesis as a result of long-term considerations of forms of lies and manipulation and their importance in today's society. Based on the research of these forms and the environments in which they occur, I try to detect the effect of the lie on both individuals and society. And with the use of multiple media that capture this exploration process.

The bachelor degree thesis "Morality and sport - the issue of doping " tries to describe one of the up-to-date sport problem which is doping. It also tries to show what doping is, what leads sportsmen to its abuse and what are the effects of using illegal backdrops applications. Generally the doping sportsman is not the only one who knows about abusing of illegal substances, this problem concerns sportsmen as well as trainers, doctors, officials and other people who proceed in the area of sport. The thesis puts mind to human health and its damaging under the influence of doping substances and applications and shows how clerical documents see this problem.

It also tries to show what doping is, what leads sportsmen to its abuse and what are the effects of using illegal backdrops applications. Generally the doping sportsman is not the only one who knows about abusing of illegal substances, this problem concerns sportsmen as well as trainers, doctors, officials and other people who proceed in the area of sport. The thesis puts mind to human health and its damaging under the influence of doping substances and shows how doping manifests itself in conscience and what is the motivation for breaching the anti - doping rules for sportsmen. Bachelor thesis "Ethics and sport - The doping problems" maps the situation of doping controls in the Czech Republic, possibilitiet of doping preventions and next repressions for rules breaching.
Neural mechanisms of understanding of truth, lie and irony

Ironic statements are commonly used in our everyday communication. They are characterised by a meaning opposite to the literal one. They rely on mutual understanding of the contrast in the expressed ironic statement, which is based on common experience, knowledge, or understanding of the situational context. In this experiment, we aimed to find the neural correlates involved in the understanding of irony, as well as differences between brain regions involved in the understanding of deceits and the truth. The theoretical part of this thesis places irony into the broader context of higher cognitive functions and provides a solid theoretical background for its understanding from different points of view, such as neurobiological and psychological. Moreover, it describes a method called functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) as a non-invasive imaging technique allowing researchers to have deeper understanding and locate activations in various conditions. Practical part provides a detailed description of the experiment, including description of participants, methods, and analysis methods. Specifically, 17 healthy volunteers - 10 females and 7 males took part in this fMRI project. They were to evaluate 20 statements in 3 different contexts - ironic, deceitful, and truthful. White lie in home hospice care

A bachelor thesis deals with a communication in special form called as white lie. This phenomenon is analysed in home hospice care. Theoretical part describes home hospice care, historical progress and type of home hospice care. In this chapter is described home hospice too which is important part of bachelor thesis. Next chapter attentions to lie, typology of lie which contain white lie too. White lie is complemented perspective by physician and family. Third chapter is recommendations how to tell malignant diagnosis. In research is applied method narrative interview and a result is executed to five brief casework from Home hospice St. Veronika in České Budějovice. This five client have experience with white lie. Casework reflect white lie in relationship between family and dying. This is the main aim of the bachelor thesis too.
